Evolve Generation aims to establish a groundbreaking life long, learning, educational establishment that champions the holistic development of the whole child and making learning personal. We have created an innovative curriculum that unlocks the potential of every student, fostering brighter future pathways for the individual, the community and the UK economy.
Our current education system faces a pressing challenge. There are over 3.1 million actively disengaged students, including NEETS (Not in education, employment or training), and home educated individuals who are no longer in school. This presents a stark picture and a staggering minimum cost of £19,200,000,000 p.a. to the UK taxpayer.
The crisis of disengagement, under employment and a lack of essential life skills, demands our attention and action.
Evolve Generation is not just a response, it is a movement driven by a clear purpose. ‘It takes a village’, a life long learning community which integrates innovation, industry collaborations, Ed-tech and enterprise, together with a village of ‘elders’. This holistic approach reshapes the entire education career of our future generations.
Our new blueprint, which cultivates ‘free range’ kids within a hybrid educational model, celebrates the potential of each student instilling a profound sense of self, understanding of others and a connection to the wider world. Our approach sets their North Star, making learning personal and relevant.

Therefore, providing an educational bridge to the skills gap and creating a diverse range of opportunities enabling young people and the whole community to shape their own future and success.

The team have looked across the globe to identify what our children require in order to be the best they can be. In order to address foundation holes in their development journey we have brought together international experts and a methodology which ensures our children are fit to learn by 7. The team have also collaborated with the Finnish system, which has provided many benefits to their students' education journey including (predominantly), equal education for all.
It is imperative we do not enforce adult biases on our children, they are curious enough and with coaching and mentoring can self direct to incredible destinations. With the right intentional support across the five intelligences, enterprise and personal development, whilst staying ahead of the digital revolution, our students will access many opportunities to support their future pathways. Collectively, the team have evidenced the student success we are committed to.
