We offer a complimentary one-hour consultation for Headteachers, parents or students to understand their needs and to determine the process.
After this initial consultation we will follow up with the school, student or family to recommend an appropriate way forward.
We offer a bespoke service, so that each institution has a programme which directly reflects and responds to the specific needs of its students.
Our process is a unique blend of teaching, mindfulness, coaching, emotional intelligence, metacognitive education, facilitation, creative education and person centred learning, aimed at establishing self - value, optimistic perspectives, emotional wellbeing and a mind-set conducive to learning.
The programmes enable the participants to develop emotional resilience, reasoning, critical thinking, increased empathy and communication skills and the ability to engage with issues directly affecting them personally and within their school lives.
At Evolve we have qualified facilitators to deliver our programmes and workshops; as well as offer support and solutions to students, parents and teachers.
During the programme - we evaluate the student's performance on all levels, establishing reachable goals, advising the student and their families throughout the process, and working with school pastoral teams.
